Selected woods are cut to the desired shapes in the company-owned modern lumbermill and crafted into high-grade parquet floors by qualified staff and innovative precision technology. In terms of domestic economy, jaso products are highly recommendable as the complete manufacturing process takes place at the jaso company site in the Black Forest. To guarantee a constantly high quality, jaso invests much time and money into controlling and supervising all production processes.
Production
jaso attaches great importance to a long and gentle drying process of the natural material of wood. The carrier material used by jaso consists exclusively of selected narrow lamellae made of fine-textured spruce and fir side ware exclusively with vertical annual rings!
This high-quality construction prevents the unpleasant „corrugated iron effect“. On average, two years pass between the time when the tree is harvested and the time when the flooring is delivered. And the products are supervised even after production. Extensive emission measurements, which the product has to undergo in renowned institutes for the supervision of external suppliers, safeguard the health of our customers. We bring unspoilt nature and healthy flooring into your home.
